Who will win?

Pocklington
Consett

Differ Lid

A lot goes out of the window in a derby game, adding the promotion/relegation opportunity makes it a seriously exciting game.

One thing that is for sure Pock are physically at the level, particularly the backrow who were outstanding

Considerably more physical than Drif by a factor of two!
Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level.

If physicality was the defining feature of the league then Cleckheaton, Penrith and York wouldn't have made up the bottom 3 this season.

I completely agree....and Scarborough wouldn't have walked R2NE

It depends which York team will turn up on Saturday. When they are firing, they are one of the most physical teams in the league.

York 25 Pocklington 21. A good game both teams were up for it, York took their chances. Better goal kicking from both sides and it could have been a different result.

York Pock cracking game both teams would have justifiable left the field dissapointed to have lost. Think York on balance just about deserved the win but scoreline accurate reflection of how close the game was and the pock lads can be justifiable proud of how far they pushed a NE1 team. Highlight of the game to me was Pock scoring a try when they they were down to 12 men against 15 (due to 2 yellow cards both to front rows, so additional player had to leave pitch whilst they went uncontested).

Great game to watch as a neutral and very impressed with the pock support that seemed to outnumber the York support, or at least were more vocal.
