Here's a story, titled "Whose Job Is It, Anyway?"

This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.

There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have.

So far this season - Differ Lid and BRB x 2 each and 1 by Bin Juice.

OK - in alphabetical order for once...

Alnwick v North Ribb - Alnwick too strong for the new boys.
Blaydon v Middlsboro'- A hard-fought home win, but not by many.
Driffield v Ilkley - Should be a cracker, with Ilkley's first away win.
Scarborough v Sandal - Another hard-fought home win.
Scunthorpe v Northern - And another cracker, but Northern to lose again.
York v Hull - Substantial away win.

Alnwick v North Ribb - as we head into the international break think this will be Ribbs last loss for a few weeks with plenty of prem players with not much to do and some farmers with deep pockets. Alnwick for bonus point win. 
Blaydon v Middlesbrough - tight game in a potential battle of 'who's second best' in the North east. Reckon it will be Middlesbrough with a 4 point win.
Driffield v Ilkley - this will be a tight one but Ilkley going to take the
Spoils. Driff to get a losing bonus point.
Scarborough v Sandal - looks like will be a decent day on the coast. Will be a tough game but I'm going for a Scarborough bonus point win.
Scunthorpe v Northern - massive away trip for Northern. Scunny to take the points. Northern to head back with a losing bonus point.
York v Hull - tough few weeks for York. Hull money men to take the spoils.

Alnwick v North Ribb - Alnwick will run away with this in 2nd half and expect them to win by 30+
Blaydon v Middlsboro'- Very even match with home advantage enough for Blaydon to do the business.
Driffield v Ilkley - This will be a try fest. Driff to get a 4 point try bonus point but Ilkley should have enough to pip them.
Scarborough v Sandal - Scarborough much changed again with various unavilablities and then injuries during the week adding to the problem. Should still have enough to win at home.
Scunthorpe v Northern - I suspect this could be quite a big home win, I would think by 20+
York v Hull - Harder to call I think than some have suggested. Hull but only just.

Alnwick v North Ribblesdale
Similar score to when Ilkley were in town. Wonder if the free Tykes loan and the new import will feature this week?

Blaydon v Middlesbrough
3 losses on the trot for Blaydon, they'll be wanting to put things right but always a good contest with Boro.

The clubs built on home grown talent certainly appear to be doing what they can to not back the home grown talent in a push for survival. Not much other then a home win can be predicted here.

I was surprised by the Blaydon score last week, but historically not been the best travellers. But at home with the plastic they are a different beast.

From watching these 2 sides in the last 2 weeks, York will be hard pushed to take anything from this. Reece Dean might have some inside knowledge to upset Hull but doubt that will be enough.

I think the long bus journey will really hinder the away side today, Alnwick have been very strong at home so I'm going to go with a north ribb win

Blaydon vs Middlesbrough
Yet another long bus journey for the players, Blaydon have been pumping the cash instead of the crow this season and I think that will pay dividends today, Middlesbrough win

No foden no party, talk about emptying the war chest, Scarborough will buy the win today no doubt

York vs Hull
Tough one this based on recent results from both teams, York look to have hit form now after 1 win. Be interesting to see if hulls owner makes the game today or will he be sweeping ex rugby league players off the docks to bolster the wage bill even more ? York win by small amount 32-3

Driffield vs ilkley
New nickname floating about 'the foldsmen', I can see an away win here for silkley Magee show, duffield foldsmen are deep into the overdraft and the club is teetering on edge of folding. Magee win, sorry ilkley win

Scunthorpe vs northern
Game of the week for me, I will be attending this one, I'm feeling an away win for northsouthern with raw pace out wide. Scunthorpe win
