I have had a chance to watch the full Scarborough match now. Scarborough played a massive price for our centre being yellow carded. It's hard to tell if was his high tackle or the pushing and shoving he afterwards which was the reason for the card. But a match which Scarborough will have fully expected to go onto win at that point was turned upside down by three quick scores when we had 14 men. (We were down to 14 again not long after the centre returned).

Frustrating how many balls Scarborough dropped within feet of the line.

No complaints though Pock did exactly what a team should do when an even match has a yellow card.

Their young number 8 is exceptional and was easily my man of the match.

THIS SECTION REMOVED DUE TO HONOURABLE APOLOGY BELOW

Scarborough fighting back with two late scores to secure a second bonus point was actually a big positive.

As stated on another thread, all of our best wishes to the Pock player who I understand has a double broken leg - regardless of the result you want all players to finish the match safely.

In other news, the Wetherby loss is really the talking point of the day. 2nd beating 1st is no shock but bottom beating nearly top away from home is pretty big.
Any feedback?

Old Brods quietly going about their business again.

Andhas Bradford Salem beating Malton kickstarted their season?

Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level.

Wetherby a little off colour yesterday, their usual strong defence was a little more open than usual. Individual errors cost them the game. But a lot of credit has to go to Crocs, they took every opportunity that was presented to them and showed fight till the end. Wasn't Wetherby's day and crocs took full advantage.

The judge

May I take this opportunity apologise for my actions!
It was a flash point in a heated game! A high tackle and punches thrown! The c word was shouted but not repeatedly!

I did apologise to the family and the people around me once the situation had calmed!

I am truely sorry for this behaviour, extremely out of character!

If you can please again pass on my apologies to all concerned and to Scarborough rugby club!

Well that deserves a pat on back. Not many people openly apologise for a heat of the moment incident so openly.

Thanks and I will pass on and matter closed (and reference removed)
