Promotion & relegation

Does anyone know what's happening with promotions & relegation from Y4 to Y3 this season ? 3 leagues in to 2 so is it top 2 in 4A,B & C up and bottom 3 down in 3A & 3B ?
Or is it something else ? Or has it not being confirmed yet ?
